Our Role (Structural Engineering Services)
We provided the full structural design package for the extension, including:
- Roof Structure: Structural elements designed to integrate with the existing building.
- Floor Structure: Engineered for strength and stability, including an external balcony.
- Foundations: Designed to comply with Welsh Water build-over requirements relating to an existing storm cell on the site.
