The Project
The proposed alterations consisted of the demolition of an existing double garage and building a double-storey side extension to the existing property.
Our Role
We provided structural elements design for the roof structure, floor structure, including external balcony, and foundations to comply with the Welsh Water build-over requirements to an existing storm cell.
